Select Weibull in statistical mode 5. to use the Weibayes reliability mode.

To Get the Weibayes pop up select Reliability => Weibayes analysis.

Calculate amount of units for test with Weibayes

Select units needed for test in select results.
Fill all the data fields and hit Calculate to display the units needed for the test.

Calculate test time with Weibayes

Select test time needed in select results.
Fill all the data fields and hit Calculate to display the test time.
